It's easy! Guests choose a hat, browse through 500+ premium designs (plus any custom designs made just for your event), arrange their favorites, and we'll professionally heat-press everything into place.

A few minutes later... they've got a custom trucker hat they'll actually want to wear.

Most guests finish their masterpiece in 5–10 minutes, but there are always a few creative legends who spend 20+ minutes perfecting every detail. That's part of the fun! There's no rush—we want everyone to love what they create.

Every booked party includes one custom sticker sheet with up to 30 personalized designs created just for your event.

Ideas include:

• Birthday names & ages

• Team logos

• Company branding

• Wedding or bridal themes

• Favorite hobbies

• Inside jokes

• School mascots

• Pretty much anything (within reason!)

You'll also have access to our growing collection of 500+ premium designs.

Need more custom designs? No problem! Additional custom sheets are available—just ask when booking.

We always bring extras because someone always changes their mind...or a parent suddenly decides they need one too.

You have two options:

Hosted Hat Bar: We'll simply add additional hats to your package and bill you at the end of the party.

Open Hat Bar: Want guests to buy their own? We can set up Venmo so anyone can purchase a hat on the spot.

No one who wants a hat should leave without one!

We use premium Otto 6-panel foam front trucker hats.

They're comfortable, durable, and made to last.

Our highly scientific fit-testing team includes:

• One adult with a surprisingly large head.

• One kid with a surprisingly large head.

• One adult with a smaller head.

• One kid with a smaller head.

Those individuals shall remain anonymous. 😏

We also carry youth-sized hats for our smallest hat makers.

Kids, teens, parents, grandparents, sports teams, coworkers—you name it.

If you can wear a hat, you can make a hat.

Each package includes a set number of hats, but adding more is easy—even during the party.

Nobody gets left out.

Your Hat Bar includes:

• 90 minutes of hat-making fun

• 30 minutes before your event for setup

• 30 minutes after for cleanup

You enjoy the party.

We'll handle the rest.

• About an 8' × 8' space for us to set up

We'll bring the hats, designs, equipment, supplies, and everything needed to make the magic happen.

Yes!

We use professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfers—not peel-and-stick decals.

The designs are professionally heat-pressed onto the hats for a vibrant, durable finish that's made to last.

Absolutely!

We can set up indoors or outdoors.

For outdoor events we'll need:

• A relatively flat area

• Access to electricity

• A covered area during the winter or if rain is expected (our equipment likes to stay dry!)
